What is a short-turn?
A short turn is when the TTC decides they need that particular car on another route, so they boot the passengers off and turn it onto another route. Its the worst when it happens in the rain, or a blizzard, or if you really need to get somewhere (which tbh you usually need to do when you're on public transportation)
